Ingredients:
150 g - basmati rice
1 cup - mint leaves
1 - pureed tomato
1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
1 tsp - cumin
salt to taste
2 tbsp - butter
Method
- Heat butter in the pan, add cumin seeds.
- When the cumin seeds start crackling add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree.
- When the mixture starts boiling, add the cleaned and washed rice and mix well.
- Add 2 cups of water, cook till rice is tender.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
