Badam Halwa

Ingredients

Badam : 25 nos
Sugar : 1.5 times of badam paste
Ghee : same amount as sugar
Method
  1. Take the Badam seeds and put in water for half day. Then remove the skin and make it a paste by using milk in mixie.
  2. Then take sugar (1 and 1/2 times of badam paste) in a kadai add some water to it and boil it until you get a thin string. Then add the paste and mix it well.
  3. Then add the ghee little by little and stir it well. You should keep the gas flame medium. After 8 minutes switch off the gas and remove the kadai from heat and keep on stirring. As it starts getting cold it will become solid.
  4. Then spread it in a plate and distribute raisins. And make whatever shape you want.
