Ingredients
| 3/4 | cup | grapes, seedless | green |
| 3 | each | apricots | fresh, cut into eighths |
| 3 | each | figs, dried | sliced medium thick |
| 1//2 | pound | salad greens | mixed |
| 2 | tablespoons | lemon juice | fresh |
| 1 | x | salt and black pepper | cracked pepper to taste |
| 1 | x | olive oil, extra-virgin | to taste |
| 3 | ounces | gorgonzola cheese | or goat cheese |
| 1/4 | pound | turkey breast | sliced, cut into bite size pieces, optinal |
Directions
Toss all ingredients together and serve.
Top with goat or gorgonzola cheese.
