Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups - low-fat vanilla yogurt
4 tbsp - honey
sliced fresh fruits
dry dessicated coconut (unsweetened)/ low-cal crushed granola, for garnish
Method
- In a large bowl put the yogurt.
- Over the yogurt add honey in a spider web like manner (for a more dash of color you may use Dark Chocolate syrup in place of honey).
- Chill for 1/2 an hour.
- Sprikle with fresh fruits.
- Top with dessicated Coconut or Granola and serve immediately.
