Ingredients
* 1 small head romaine lettuce
* 1 small head iceberg lettuce
* 1 head butter or red leaf lettuce
* 1 bunch watercress sprigs
* 2 green onions, sliced
* 6 oz. jar artichoke hearts, quartered
* 8 radishes, sliced
* 8 mushrooms, thinly sliced
* 1 cup onion and garlic croutons
* 3/4 cup italian dressing
Directions
1. Tear lettuc into bite size pieces into large salad bowl
2. Add watercress, green onions, artichokes, radishes, mushrooms and croutons
3. Toss with enough salad dressing to moisten lightly
